Facebook is hosting an event called Facebook University Gear Up Part 2 on September 15th – helping prepare sophomores to apply to FBU Product Design next summer 2022!
For those who don’t already know Facebook University is a hands-on, immersive internship program that enables students from underrepresented communities to get to know Facebook’s people, products and services. In just eight weeks, the program gives interns across roles in product design the opportunity to make a real impact and help redefine how the world connects.
For Product Design, the applications open officially on September 15th. FBU Gear Up Part 2 will re-cap what we chatted about in Part 1, and will take a deeper dive into how to submit strong portfolio, writing samples, and resume. We will be showcasing portfolio samples from former FBU interns.
